“Scene of superstitions”

The “Scene of superstitions” project is an integration meeting of young people aged 16-22, connecting blind and visually impaired youth with healthy youth. During eight days, the participants will discover the principles of the theatre and stage. They will discover the basics of acting, moving around on the stage, etc. Together with the students of the local school, they will prepare a spectacle of sounds, in which the actors will join together with the actors from the high school.

The show will take place in the nearby high school in Zakopane. The choice of the day is not accidental, because the theme of the project will be superstitions, beliefs and customs prevailing in countries involved in the project. During activities, we will be using non-formal education, discover together cultural elements related to superstitions, legends, etc. The aim of the project is to discover common cultural elements, find their sources, discover common history and roots, which will contribute to better understanding and overcoming barriers.
